Located in the scenic foothills of northern Pattaya, Pleasant Valley Golf and Country Club is a very challenging golf course, and while you may end up with an ugly scorecard, this underrated club is beautiful enough make up.



Not far from Khai Kheow National Park, Pleasant Valley Golf & Country Club boasts a natural beauty rarely found in Pattaya.

Much of the course is bordered by tree-lined marshlands, which are home to an abundance of native wildlife, but are also home to thousands of lost golf balls, a major reason why scoring here is so difficult. Hole 3 is a good example, with water protecting the dogleg on one side, if you play it wrong you end up either in the water or in a fairway bunker. Unless you're a very long hitter, it's best to proceed with caution as there's more water around the greens and it's better to hole with a wedge.
