Cascata Golf Club
Cascata Golf Club, an outstanding links course on the outskirts of Bangkok, now offers a 72-hole layout and a Scottish-style links experience. The course is in good shape, with wide fairways and numerous water hazards, making for a very interesting challenge.

The A course at Cascata Golf Club begins with a challenging dog-leg par 4 with water to the right and a green protected by several bunkers, including a large beach-style bunker near the water's edge. A short par 3 follows, with the same water protecting the right-hand side. The rest of the course continues in the same direction, with water running down one side or the other of nearly every fairway, usually before the tee or green.
There aren't many breaks on the B course, but more of the same, and to add to the challenge, there are very heavy bunkers on many of the fairways and along the water's edge. Hole 3 is a medium length par 3 that requires precision shots over the water to the green that is protected by a bunker on the right. What follows is a long and challenging par 5 with water flowing from the right side of the tee onto the green. Ranked as the most difficult on the course, the 6th hole is a sharp left dogleg with water on the left and a heavy fairway bunker.

The first hole on the C course is a long par 5 with water running through the fairway and the next hole has a long water. The short par 3 4th green is almost completely surrounded by water and the island fairway on the 5th is completely surrounded by water hazards. This theme continues for the rest of the course, so you'll need lots of balls!
The new Class D course is described as a "Valley & Creek" golf experience, and they have introduced some strict shapes to provide a different experience.
Cascata Golf Club has a great layout made even better with the new nine holes. Fairways are fairly wide despite lots of water, so unless you're very wild you should have a good time.
