Royal Hills Khao Yai Golf Course is a par 72 golf course with 7,034 yards of play from the back tees. The golf course is great as it offers a challenge for the best of players thanks to the back tee position and for beginners thanks to the wide fairways. This is a golf course used in Thailand for both professional and amateur events and as such is of the highest standard.

The overall outline of the country is hilly, with caves winding through a natural setting of trees and water.

The first hole at Royal Hills Khao Yai is a perfect example of this, you are faced with a tee shot that crosses the creek to the fairway beyond the fairway. The fairway is wide but there is a tree in the middle so you have to think about which side you want to tee off on. The green is narrow but deep, protected by a large bunker to the left front.

The first par 3 hole is the 3rd hole which is a comfortable hole with a fairway leading to the green if you want to roll the ball onto the putt face. There is a large bunker in front of the green and two on either side of the putting face.

Water tends to come into play more frequently on the back nine. A good example is the par 3 13th hole, where you face a tee shot across the lake to the green. The par 4 tee on the 15th hole must also be played on water, with a stream running along the right side of the fairway and bunkers on both sides of the green.



Royal Hills Khao Yai is always in good shape and no matter what your skill level, you'll enjoy a round at this course.
