Siam Country Club Bangkok is the fifth member of Siam Country Club. This superb 18 hole, 7,250 yard championship golf course was designed by Toby Cobb, Design Associate at Coore and Crenshaw Design, responsible for many world renowned golf courses and licensed by Golf East Co., Ltd. Zoysia for the fairways and Ultra-Dwarf Bermuda for the greens. Bangkok Architect's office skilfully created and oversaw another one-of-a-kind 4,400sqm clubhouse facility that provides a comfortable and familiar environment for fans of Siam Country Club, home of the old course of Honda LPGA Thailand in Pattaya. SMCC (Thailand) is the contractor for the clubhouse.



This unique golf course is unlike many golf courses in the Bangkok area. Soft fairways and soft roll. Unlike many in Bangkok, only four watering holes come into play. Dotted around the course are a number of potted grass bunkers that are quite small but perfect for playing. All turtle greens range in size from 425m2 to 1,000m2 and are tricky and challenging. Precise spacing and club placement on the greens is critical because the greens are so large. The wonderful final 18th hole, located opposite the clubhouse restaurant, is a par 3 hole with 1,000 square meters of greens and a unique putting surface that should not be missed. But escaping from a careless shot to the left of the green that can land in the bottom of a small 3-metre pot bunker humorously dubbed "The Big Ass" is a real test.
